May 06, 2010 Yes! by: Anonymous This is a wonderful way to get creative writing ideas. I've written stories this way. The lyrics and the melodies combine to evoke story and mood or bring back memories. There are certain songs that give me goosebumps or are almost painful to hear, and I try to turn the feeling they give me into stories.
