What Helps Me -- Sort of

What helps me is joining a fun writer's group in my area. I learn a lot and these people have now become my friends.

Also, I have so many books with prompts for the writing process that I can bring one to the meeting and we may use one to get the creative juices flowing. This sometimes helps the process and sometimes it doesn't.
